L’Unione Europea ha stabilito che la percentuale dell’ energia utilizzata in Europa derivata da fonti rinnovabili dovrà essere pari ad almeno il 20% entro il 2020. Nonostante il progresso scientifico degli ultimi anni, i costi per la produzione di energie rinnovabili sono tuttora sostenibili grazie al ricorso ad incentivi pubblici. La natura di questi incentivi favorisce però la crescita della dimensione degli impianti di produzione piuttosto che l’efficienza produttiva degli stessi. Per aumentare l’efficienza e’ auspicabile l’utilizzo di sistemi di monitoraggio e controllo delle prestazioni degli impianti che ne assicurino il funzionamento al massimo delle potenzialità durante l’esercizio.
Il panel di esperti discuterà soluzioni tecnologiche, modelli di business e aspetti legislativi e fiscali legati all’efficienza delle fonti di energia rinnovabili.
